Weeks ago I mentioned that the Clippers would end up with a hockey team. There’s the Harden shift and there’s the Russ shift. Some players play on both shifts but Harden and Russ should never share the floor a lot. Their egos and completely different styles of play will never allow for the meshing of talent. Keep them separated.

Keep playing Kobe Brown. His 3 will start working. I think he had 3 or 4 assists. He runs the floor. He is active. He can rebound and he will only get better.

Mann has been jerked around so much that is it a wonder that he is off.

Saw that Moody was fined for flopping. Looks like this was at 5:45 left in the 4th quarter. He thrashed his legs around on a missed 3: I guess that’s the play they meant. It did look a little goofy at the time.

I think the problem with zu especially against the warriors is his speed. zu is great, but fast he is not.

Brown will figure things out in the next few games.
Harden/T-Mann/PG/Kawhi/Brown will become lethal line-up.
All 5 have size, strength & skill to makes things work on both end.

PGs game winner—I know he’s all about being confident in taking and making that shot but that shot has to help out all aspects of his game going forward. Confidence is such an important attribute — in all aspects of life really — and we’ve got some guys that need a confidence injection — e.g. Terrance. Zu has room to grow there as well as Kobe B. Norm, James and Kawhi aren’t lacking at all.

In terms of the game in general, we were just getting punked and outsmarted in the first part of the game as they were exploiting our inattention to detail–and that’s a very good lesson for us. Of course, that’s GSW’s MO — they’re a smart, sharp passing team. Go to sleep on them and they’ll make you look bad. Mite be a good film watch for the team.
