It was just a fluke night for them. Seriously, attempt after attempt, they just kept splashing 3s. It got to a point where I wasn’t even mad anymore. All I could do was laugh at how the cheat code got unlocked. It seriously felt like a video game.

It’s starting to be less and less of “whatever, a lucky hot shooting night” and more and more really troubling.

On a positive note. Having not seen Fi on the floor for 2 months, he looks more fluid and less awkward out there. I haven’t had much hope for him, but hopefully things are trending up.

There’s no point in having them both in the lineup if he’s still hurt though. Fortunately he has the All-Star break coming up soon to rest and recover.

He’s look a step slow especially since the hamstring injury. I chalked it up to coasting but he can’t seem to check his man when it counts or fully recover on a switch. Without him, our defense will always struggle.

Depending on who the Clips ultimately pick up, I would totally be open to those players taking up McGruder’s minutes.
