I could see Jordan Miller as our 2nd or 3rd SG/SF and deserves to be the 11th or 12th man into the rotation. The scoring was impressive and I think he might have even led the G League in scoring. The 3 point shot was great in the 1st half of the season, but average the 2nd half. Seems to rebound and play defense well. Good length for a SG but a bit under sized for a SF. I could see him developing similar to Terence Mann. If he could be our 2nd string SG then maybe we could trade Norm Powell and get a legit PF cuz Kawhi shouldn’t be matching up against big PFs like Zion or KAT.

I think even if they bring 213 back they need to pivot to younger guys on the margins, or at least try them!

Yeah he’s one of the only Clippers who plays bigger than his size.

Boston Celtics ripped apart Indiana tonight and Carlisle threw in the towel early in Q4 after Halliburton’s injury. Pascal Siakam was great for Indiana and willed that team into contention in Q3 before another Jaylen Brown led run put the game out of reach. Siakam will make a lot of money next season.

One advantage Boston has over everyone else left in this tournament is rest. They’ve taken care of business in each of the first 2 rounds and so far in this third round. They ran Indiana out of the gym tonight. They play defense without fouling and keep cranking the pace up. You’re in for a 5 minute long sprint against them and that’s when they beat you down.

They will be very tough to beat in the finals. (I’m already expecting Indiana to fold quickly with Halliburton likely to miss the rest of the series).

Jordan Miller shows real signs of being a playable at the NBA level. If the Clippers are coming to the conclusion that the 213 window has closed, a necessary change to the culture must include promoting and elevating younger players.

Let him play, whether in the G or the main league.
If there is one benefit from trading vets guys, opening up roster spot for younger guys and a chance for their playing time, is the positive outcome.
He might be a bit undersized for a wing but dude play with physicality. He battle in the post with Banchero back in his college days. The guy is ready.
