At this moment, Tucker is a “past his sale date slug.” Tucker is a whining, sulking cancer. How much did he contribute to Bones’ attitude problem? It’s no coincidence they were both sent away from the team.

I hope the Clippers buy Tucker out so he can be purged from all things Clippers.

Heh. Yes I can, and I do. I get not wanting to give up money and wanting to get playing time, but it’s not like the Clippers are holding him hostage – they’ve desperately been trying to trade him and no other team wants him. If that doesn’t snap you back to reality then you’re just delusional. And on top of that the dude has been a petulant whiner from the minute he got here despite not being good enough to be the 14th man on the roster. Morey fleeced our FO by forcing PJ into the Harden deal – *we* shoud’ve gotten picks for taking his albatross of a deal.

Love the picture atop this article … for two reasons:

1 – it doesn’t show PJ Tucker. Because … he won’t be playing. That is, this pic is very representative of what we’ll see with the Clippers vis-a-vis PJ Tucker

2 – Harden vs Batum (Philly vs LAC). Then they switched teams (LAC vs Philly). Now they are playing together. Fun!

The clippers declined to extend Bones so this might make him a more attractive rental for someone. Perhaps a Bones PJ package could still happen.

Buy him out and send him on his way, unless the FO thinks they can unload him at the trade deadline. I’d rather see Jordan Miller take his spot on the roster and get a real NBA contract.

Oh, no. I can TOTALLY blame him. Like you said, he’s at the tail of his career. He SHOULD want to milk it, but (as I said before) he’s shooting himself in the foot. He needs to be Udonis Haslem cashing checks as an overpaid cheerleader on the bench and mentor in practice. Now nobody wants to touch him. Way to torpedo your team AND career.
