If the Clips do not perform as we expect, I wouldn’t be surprised to see either George or Leonard (whichever one is healthy) to be traded at the trading deadline.

It’s all or nothing for the “213” this year.

But unless you have Prime Lebron on your team, you never know how your season end, health-wise.
I hope we pull it off this season.
I mean, 5th season is a long timeline for sport team that put it all together.
I want us to leave Crypto or whatever they want to call it as a Champ.
I hope it works. But as a Clippers fan, you expect the worst and enjoy the rest.

How many of you reading this, by the way, agrees with me that Ty will give serious consideration to starting MM – a real punch back to us fans. If that happens, boo.

He had cleanup surgery on BOTH shoulders in 2019/2020 and not only missed the first few weeks but took awhile to really become the defensive beast he is. The next season he was pretty healthy and led us to the WCF after Kawhi got his ACL. The following season without Kawhi we were still kind of plucky and he got that bizarre UCL tear that’s normally a baseball or football injury. This dropped us into the play-in where dude then gets COVID and we get bounced. What happened to him against OKC was another unlucky thing that had nothing to do with him being “brittle.”

The Pollyanna in me wants to believe that the surgery Kawhi had last summer was lingering cleanup from his ACL ordeal and planned all along, and they let him try to play through it and then pulled the plug. If so then he might be the healthiest he’s been yet as a clipper.

This might be the first season that both PG and Kawhi start out at 100%.

All we have his hope at this juncture.
