I can see the Clippers FO keep that 15th spot open. It is a long season, and hopefully, everyone stays healthy, but we are thinnest at the 5. Even with stretches of small ball, we can’t get past Jokic with our pupu platter of Morris, Nic and Roco at the 4/5.
I am excited that we have this youth movement during our hopefully Championship run.

I think Zu already rolled an ankle during Eurobasket, but it’s hard to get reliable information outta that event because ESPN and other major sports media outlets here would rather talk about players deleting stuff off their Instagrams than actual basketball.

I’ve been on team Whiteside for months, but if it was going to happen, it probably would have already.

Just have to wait and see on the official training camp roster.

The closer we get to the season, the more I think the Clips roll with him as the “backup” behind Zu

If he’s truly not ready and a project I think we’ll see them fill that 15th roster spot with another big before/during camp. Otherwise, if Zu rolls an ankle in game 1 we’re screwed. This is definitely an item worth monitoring.

On defense, Moussa is overactive; he jumps at nearly every ball fake

I know not everyone is the same in terms of development, but Mann successfully fixing this same weakness of his game previously at least gives me confidence that the coaching staff knows how to help correct this habit. Really looking forward to seeing what Moose can do, even if he probably (hopefully?) won't get much time this year - Preston to Moose lobs in the G-League should be lots of fun though. I've really enjoyed the last couple of years (minus the bubble), but we've been missing the explosiveness/twitchiness that comes w/ youth, and Moose has that quality in spades.
