Hartlestein looks like he’s in the cool kid group during media day, doesn’t mean that he’s edged out Giles, that we will know more by mid-end of preseason .
Even with the our starters out tomorrow I’m still super excited to see Mann kennard Giles hartlestein justice Bledsoe and the rookies.
Obviously the rookies make it exciting to see if any of them can show flashes of future. I think Preston is dealing with a leg/ankle injury? But I’m sure we’re gonna see some Boston and Keon !

I don’t think King or Wright will, we really haven’t heard anything about them being standouts in camp and I think they’d need to be to get that edge.

I’m not going to change my opinion on Kawhi until we hear stuff much closer to his potential return date. We are still way too far out for this scuttlebutt to mean much.

There is no timeline for Ibaka’s return/ he wishes he got surgery earlier. He will begin training camp limited to non-contact drills.

Bright Side=Morris is able to participate in Clippers training camp for the first time since joining the team+Zu has been healthy for 6 weeks

Was just doing some light research because I was looking into the possibility of signing one of Giles or Hartenstein to a two-way contract and just keeping them both. But healthy Zu/relatively healthy Marcus probably renders that unnecessary.

The way I see it Scrubb Is probably a lock for two-way because of his Youth and possible Upside in a year of experimentation, while Coffey’s spot is less secure. You get the feeling either Giles or Hartenstein secures the empty roster spot so who gets that last two way spot?

George King? Moses Wright? Coffey?

Harry, Boston and Justise are all kind of in the same canoe. Promising kids with flashes of brilliance who have to prove themselves. Lots of scuttlebutt about Kawhi returning sooner than later. Most likely it’s chum to stay relevant in the echo chamber but from the beginning I’ve always held out hope that he had that new treatment for minor ACL tears that looks very promising. Crossing fingers.
