I agree about doc I’ll give you that, I been re watching game 7 against Denver and other playoff games and pg13 was making some of the stupidest passes decisions/ being passive sometimes and just straight not believing in himself. He admitted he had trouble in the bubble mentally and now has said last was unacceptable on his part proving my point. So I do blame mostly on pg13/doc/Trez/Lou bevs injury along with kawhi a tad bit too, kawhi had some issues in the playoffs too.
But the doc/Trez pg13 blame is at the top of my blame list yes.

Do the rockets get a better package now? I doubt it but anything is possible. The pg13 package was right in line with the AD package. Except AD only had one year remaining technically pg13 had 1+ player option
Harden has to 2 full years left I believe, but checking the landscape, alotta teams have blown there load already.
Celtics still got plenty of ammo along with philly if there willing to get off simmons/emblid . But then there’s teams that nobody would think would trade/gamble on harden like raptors did with kawhi.
Theoretically a team like Memphis offering morant, pellies with zion or by re-dishing out the old lakers package . It’s definitly not likely, but these teams could offer proven young gun in morant/zion etc and then build a team around harden in the big free agency next offseason. This is basically what LeBron did, he saw the the lakers who sucked with tons of draft capital and youngsters and knew he’d sacrifice one down year before the team could package these dudes for somebody(AD) or build around him in free agency( lakers could of had big 3 if they didn’t wait for kawhi)
Like I said not likely but not imposssible, and also I know pellies/grizz aren’t on hardens list, but the longer time goes you notice he keeps adding teams to his preferred list.

JMG’s value was more as a small ball five and substitute versatility, I don’t think he would have been better than Morris as a full time starting PF.

Wouldn’t JMG getting more minutes have improved a bunch of those numbers? A line up of Bev/PG/Leonard/JMG/Zu would have resulted in way more than 57.5% of rebounds going to the clippers.

There’s only a couple of offer that would be better. Simmons, maybe BAm. That’s about it. At that point, it’s about timing and leverage. Nobody has gotten the trade done yet so it’s still possible.
