So no worries!

Kabengele was a bad pick at 27 but not a bad player IMO. He could shoot a bit and blocked Gobert twice in one possesion in a Jazz game. Wish he had a shot at PF.

I don’t know much about who’s who in this draft other than the bigs—any of whom seem like they could turn out to be Bryant Reeves or Chris Washburn.

On the PG saga, Denver strikes me as another team that should be interested. He’s an upgrade over MPJ and if they added KCP into the deal the money works (would KCP opt in for SnT?). In theory PG should be able to cover both of what those two bring and Braun or Watson seem close to stepping up to fill any void there too. I just don’t think you take for granted the championship window of possibly the greatest player ever by merely running it back.

I don’t think we can aggregate salaries but PG and Russ for CP3 and Klay opting in at $25 million SnT works at fans pro. I’m not convinced Klay is washed and he knows how to win at a high level. Would also give us a different dimension offensively from the redundant 213. CP comes off the books ultimately too and would be good for sentimental reasons if nothing else. If they would throw in pick/s I’d be ok with this one. It kind of straddles the two worlds of marquee names for Intuit while at the same time moving in the direction of rebuilding. Again, not sure if all the machinations comport with the CBA.

L. Frank needs to go including the scouting and development team.

Throwback center like Edey & especially Clingan might get picked very high this year.
I like all 3 in this article: Ighodaro “Young John Collins”, Mogbo “Poor Man’s Draymond” & Bona, who excited me quite a bit last year.
It won’t surprise me if we actually select one of them.
And another interesting prospect that might rising up the rank past our range.
Enrique Freeman is a guy I want us to pick the most. Dude is a terror on the glass (on both ends) and can shoot a bit this year.
And the guy hustles. He knows that he is smaller than other big so he fights so hard to get his job done.
Really like his attitude and also a little bit of his backstory.
Would like to know how we operate for this year’s draft.

Apparently asking a guy w/ a max contract to carry the team and/or be dominant is “unfair”

P.S. They’re gassing up George on NBA Today right now on ESPN. Yes, drive up that price some more lol
