Coby White and a 1st for them, is probably good value, but really don’t see how a deal like that gets done salary-wise.

But I disagree about the “point guard minutes” thing. We have Paul George and Kawhi Leonard at SG and SF and Norman Powell, Luke Kennard, and Terance Mann as backup 2/3s. Plus we have 3 starting-caliber veteran PFs who can slide over to cover SF. It is obvious to us, as well as to John and his reps, that in practice the Clippers are going to shift guys up a position next year. He’s not competing with Preston at all, he’s competing with Jackson, Powell, Mann, and Kennard. And he can probably find a team with much, much lighter competition than that.

Lol
Alright me to
Lucas on twitter referred to the bulls interest in Luke
There first rounder coby white and somebody else. I don’t think Lucas is 100% for the trade he was just trying to figure out what a deal would look like. 1st rounder is the key prolly
FO prolly has a prospect in mind?

Luke and Morris (maybe a 2nd rounder) for Brogdon
Luke and Morris for De’Aaron Fox (rumored that Kings are interested in Luke)
Luke and Morris for Tobias Harris
Luke and Morris for Lonzo Ball

I mean maybe Wall wouldn’t come just given the depth of the roster, but a point guard has to look at the depth here as Reggie and Preston and feel like he could play a role here.

I think a “home run” kind of player for that last spot makes a lot of sense. So either a young prospect that could turn into something, or a guy like Wall that IF he plays up to his potential, could end up your starting point guard.

I don’t view Wall in the same way I view Blake Griffin, maybe I should? Just feels like Wall hasn’t been benched/cut due to lack of production, but more just circumstance (and injuries to be fair). I would want to see what he has left, and if he’s not good, then don’t play him, or cut him. Blake has just not looked good when on the court for over 2 years. It might not be the long term kind of upside you would get with a young guy, but I think still potential for a guy like Wall to have an impact on this team, which is all you could hope for from the 15th roster spot.

I looked at a ton of rosters
All I can come up with on my own
Is Danny green and 22 1st rounder for Luke trade
Danny green gets the dnp’s all year as he will be out and we get to move up in the draft for a real prospect?
Otherwise maybe to a team that absorbs his contract or tpe or something attaching a first rounder?
A 17-25 first rounder for Luke would be fair for both sides?

Lately, I like Jaylin Williams a lot. In one interview, he said one of his favorite thing to do is watching film to scout his opponent and to improve his own game. And he prides himself in taking charge. This is a smart guy and he will do whatever it takes to help his team win. He will be a good player for a long time.

I don’t particularly like Beauchamp but when I watch our g league game against Ignite, he always bully our guys. He play hard and aggressive. He will fit in our team.

Another guys with attractive skill set but are above our range.

=> Jalen Williams : Big playmaker who can do everything. He is the biggest riser in this draft class. I won’t be surprised if he ends up in the higher spot like Josh Primo did last year.
=> The Buckeyes duo : Malaki Branham is a smooth shooter. He can go anywhere on the court, pick his spot and rise up. EJ Liddell is a bit undersized, but can play both in the post and on the perimeter. He is also a great shot blocker for his size.
=> Dalen Terry: Jumbo ball handler. A tall and long guard who can be a switchable defender. Really nice prospect.
=> Wendell Moore: Swiss army knife type of player. Long arm defender who can shoot. If he falls to us at 43rd pick, this will be a great draft.

This draft class may not have top end talent like 2018 class. But there are loads of prospects who can become good role players in the next few years. This should be a fun draft.
